About Us

Property Werks was founded in 2006 by Lawson Beaty. Soon after Sean and Cristine came on board and are now Co-Owners.  What started as a simple push mower in the back of an inherited Chevy has turned into much more. We've built a team that together has mowed over 50,000 lawns, and cleared as many driveways. We have assembled a group of people who care about their work, and together we hope to show you the difference passion makes.

Cristine

The voice of Property Werks. Cristine has been with us since day one, and none of what we do could be done without her. She manages the office and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Lawson

Our founder. Self deprecating, humble, handsome, and in charge of writing staff bio's.

Sean

Sean is our Operations Manager extraordinaire. Making sure the job is always done right is his number one objective. Training, supervising, estimates, he does it all.
